What types of products does Leaf Aloha carry?

Our store carries a wide variety of Hawaiian goods, including Hawaiian T-shirts, accessories, and interior goods.

How do I order and pay online?

You can select products from the website, add them to your cart, and pay by credit card or electronic payment system at checkout.

How long does it take for the product to be delivered?

We typically ship within 2-7 business days after manufacturing is complete, and delivery times vary by region. Please see the shipping information page for details.

Is it possible to ship overseas?

Currently, we do not provide shipping services outside of Japan.

This is because customers may be responsible for the complex logistics and customs processing involved in international shipping, as well as high shipping costs. As we aim to provide the best service and value to our customers, we have suspended international shipping until these issues are resolved.

What is your return/exchange policy?

Returns and exchanges are possible for unused products within 7 days of receiving the product. Please see our Return Policy for return/exchange procedures.

What to do if the size doesn't fit?

Unfortunately, due to the nature of the product, we are currently unable to offer size exchanges. We provide a detailed size guide on the product page and ask our customers to choose their size carefully before ordering.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

At Leaf Aloha, we place great importance on consideration for the global environment. For this reason, we use simple packaging for our products in order to minimize the impact on the environment.
As a result, we unfortunately do not currently offer gift wrapping services.
